I'll have to admit that I percieve them all the time. Clairsentience is when you hear the voices of spirits, angels, archangels and even God and Satan themselves talk to you. It depends how open you really are and how carefully you listen to the falling rain, the babbling brook, the churning river, the roaring ocean. Or even in moments of perfect complete silence when all you hear is the cycles of your own mind, orchestrated in perfect unison to give you experience over time. Take heart in this. Most spirits are pulling for you, if you listen very carefully. I have only experienced it in clairaudient form because I am a musician, but others might percieve it in clairvoyant form as well. Like in mental pictures in your mind.
Claircognizence for most people is when you pray or for the more Wiccan or Pagan minds, spell casting. You put forth energies to the universe and you wish the universe to respond and agree with you. Claircognizence is when you try to convice the universe that you are right about something. You can do this in ceremonies performed either by yourself, or with an audience put forth a feeling into the air. And God, or some composite of Clairsentient forces combine to make it come true.
You can do this in alignment with the stars and the planets in the sky and know the astrological reasons for the gathering. You may partake in wine or in other strong drink. You may smoke cigarettes. Remember that life is your pleasure to live and you should enliven experience as much as possible by freeing your mind from its fetters as a calculating machine and embrace reflection.
