Almost everybody is Clairvoyant to some degree. Even if you just see brief snippits of visual picture in your mind for a brief instant, you are clairvoyant in some way. This is an ability which can be used to understand people on a deeper level very quickly. You get to know people's insticts even before they do. Some call this Precognition, but it is really a function of Clairvoyance over time.
Clairvoyance is seeing prolonged or fleeting images in you mind. Artists have a tendancy to have a more prolonged Clairvoyant structure to their mind.
Dreams are Clairvoyance. Prophetic Dreams are Precognition. But everything you see in your mind is Clairvoyance.
Sometimes you can see other people in situations and even hear them. This is called Clairaudience. Its when you can hear something like music, even if it's not there. Musicians are Clairaudient as well.
